Quite possibly one of the most hauntingly beautiful unions I have ever witnessed.
"I have this memory, which is more like a vision, which is more like a song. It's of a girl, and its of you and I see it on the inside of me. I'm looking at you and you don't know I'm here. You're waiting at a door and I know you've been here forever. You've forgotten how it opens, if it opens, why it opens. I ask you with words but you cannot hear. I wonder why we're here and if you know you're here. I can see time and it looks tired and near its end. It's not like other moments because it won't move. I know we're here and I can move, yet you will not and so it just stays. It's more like a photo, or a story, or a tale, yet not like a book, or writing or words. Now I see you at both, alone on your hill with your teeth to the wind and crying here alone by the door. The picture changes and it becomes a grave, I can now see its a flower you hold. You think it's pink but I see it's red. The door and the grave are one in the same, I cannot show you how so you'll just have to trust me. I know what I see and I know what I know. I look upon, as outside, as though through time, as through a life, as though through the years. Now I see the girl, close to the ground and in her own world. I see your soul, though small and yet wounded. It is this that I love- now I see the truth, now I understand. Time and distance, weight and the cold, wild and untamed, fresh water and absent time. You are playing beside a puddle and I see your soul in the face of your reflection. I see now a portion of peace has come into my soul. I realise now, it makes sense now. I've discovered what love is; it's there, right there, right there in front of me. Don't you see? To love a soul is to love a soul. It's their soul that we love and it's right there with them. I had to come here to see this and now I'll never forget it. Every girl was once a little girl and unconditional love needs no age, nor form, nor time. To love a soul is to love ones soul, and to love someone is to love someone."
